12.3 User Responsibilities

Participation in the Avao ecosystem comes with important responsibilities:

● Key management: Users are solely responsible for securing their private keys and recovery phrases.

● Governance participation: Voting power must be exercised thoughtfully, with awareness of proposal impacts.

● Compute contribution: Providers must ensure uptime, performance, and compliance with protocol rules.

● Due diligence: Users must evaluate Launchpad projects independently and understand associated risks.

● Software updates: Users are responsible for keeping Avao Suite and related tools up to date.

Failure to uphold these responsibilities may result in loss of access, missed rewards, or exposure to risk.
