11.2 Avao Control LTD

Avao Control is a separate, independent company that builds and maintains the user-facing products of the Avao ecosystem — including Avao Suite and onboarding tools for compute providers and developers.

Core Responsibilities:

● Product development: Designing, building, and updating Avao Suite and related tools.

● User experience: Ensuring that Avao remains accessible to both Web2 and Web3 users.

● Security and privacy: Implementing local execution, encrypted storage, and anti-surveillance features.

● Web2 funnel: Acting as the bridge for traditional users and enterprises to enter the Avao ecosystem through familiar interfaces and management tools.

● Maintenance funding: Receiving predefined allocations from the protocol treasury to support ongoing development and infrastructure upkeep.

Avao Control does not manage the protocol, emissions, or governance. It collaborates with the Foundation but remains legally and operationally distinct.
