7.3 Community Vetting via veAOV

During the community review phase, veAOV holders — participants who have committed AOV through time-locked mechanisms — may:

● Review and comment on submitted proposals

● Signal support or raise concerns

● Vote on whether a proposal should advance to final review

Community voting serves as a gating and signaling mechanism and does not constitute final approval. This process ensures that long-term aligned participants help shape ecosystem direction while maintaining responsible oversight.
